The Green Banana membership card is NOT a payment/credit card.The Green Banana discount cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Membership cards are non-transferable. Retrospective claims cannot be met.
Green Banana S.L. reserves the right to

(1) Change the programme rules and offers

(2) Change the participants at anytime
(3) The discounts will not be honored when the date on the card has expired
(4) The card holders signature does not match the person presenting it, if applicable
(5) As a consequence of any fraud, abuse or improper use
(6) If the member claims the benefit of any other promotion or discount
(7) If the card holder or group do not adhere to the rules of the participating business Green Banana S.L shall not be liable to the Card Member in any way whatsoever for any goods and services purchased from any partners by the Card Member with or without obtaining discount through the use of the Card.

Any disputes in relation to such purchases shall be dealt with directly between the Card Member and the participating partner.
Green Banana S.L. will not refund the Card Member for any discount not honoured from any published partner, which has terminated its agreement with Green Banana S.L and does not display the Green Banana Guide logo even though its name may still be listed in the current Guide.
